You can download the forms needed to compete in Miss Arkansas Valley & Miss Paradise Valley from the Miss Kansas Website, or we can e-mail them to you. We require a signed Miss Kansas Local contract which includes the fact sheet, a Talent Request Form and a Resume and Platform Statement. We also need a headshot for the program book.
